HOW FAST CAN I HAVE A ROMARC CRYOGENIC CORK OR PLUG?

Our usual turn time is 2-3 weeks to produce a new item, but if you need something faster, we may be
able to meet your need. In some cases, we have shipped a new product in as little as 3 days from initial contact.

WHAT KINDS OF FOAMS DO YOU USE?

We work with many different foams. Each one has a different set of properties. We select a material to meet your need for various qualities in addition to thermal retention, depending on your usage.

WHAT PROCESSES DO YOU USE?

Romarc machines and laminates foams. We are able to laminate foams to foam, and foam to plastics using proprietary methods that hold up to cryo conditions. Computerized measuring and cutting provide exceptional accuracy and tight tolerances.

We also install hardware as needed. We can provide special packaging or kitting; talk to us about your requirements.

WHO HAVE YOU WORKED WITH?

Romarc’s clients include virtually all cryogenic containment companies. Currently, we manufacture
about 90% of all the corks and plugs in the US, and a high percentage internationally. We have been selected over firms from China and Korea for both quality and cost-effectiveness.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Custom products are not returnable. However, if you should ever have a concern with a Romarc
cryogenic product, we certainly want to hear about it and do what we can to make it right.
